Sign the house rules and confirm your ID. It takes a minute, and then your door code arrives by text on check-in day.

House rules (sample)
- No more guests than the listing says the unit sleeps.
- No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony.
- No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Pets only in units whose listing allows them.
- Something broken? Report it by text or at /fix the same day.
- At check-out: start the dishwasher, bag the trash, leave the keys inside.
Why this step
Your door code is set only after you sign the rules and a team member checks that your ID matches the name on the booking. Nobody chases a signature by phone, and every stay has a signed record.
Sample policy: your ID photo is used only for that check, kept in a locked file, and deleted 30 days after check-out. It is never shared or sold.
